Starting in the summer of 2020, you won’t have to shlep the two hours to Charlotte if you are in need of some new furniture. Cary has proposed the construction of a new 15-acre IKEA store to go up next door to Cary Towne Center. This huge project would add more jobs to the community and give the company some massive profit considering how rapidly the Triangle area is growing with people in need of dressers.
