June 11, 2018. The day that will go down as the greatest PR fail in the history of time. And he winner? IHOP. Or should we say, IHOb – The International House of Burgers. After the chain revealed its intentions to change its name to IHOb last week, most people thought the “b” would stand for either breakfast or bacon – both logical choices. Instead, the company decided to throw a curveball at everyone do introduce burgers. It’s already concerning enough that individuals actually order anything aside from breakfast food there, but BURGERS?! Come on, IHOb. Do better. Of course, Twitter had a field day with the change.
